Vehicle Prep Checklist
- Use this handy checklist to help you prepare
your vehicle(s) for safe transport.
Condition
- Vehicle must be drivable.
Any mechanical problems should be noted on the inspection
report.
Keys
- Keys must be presented to the
transport driver. Alarms must either be disabled or remote
device provided to the driver.

Registration /
Insurance
- Ensure proper vehicle
registration, ownership, inspections and insurance are provided
to driver as required by law.

Fuel Level
- Fuel shall be approximately
1/4 full.

Antennas
- Antennas shall be lowered or
removed.

Cleanliness
- Vehicle must be sufficiently
clean to allow for an accurate inspection report.

Accessories
- Accessories like luggage
racks, mirrors, etc. should be either removed or set for minimum
extension from the vehicle.

Personal Items
- All personal items like cell
phones, CDs, sun glasses, garage remotes, etc. should be removed
prior to transport.
